Utask will take all reasonable steps to correct any information which is false, misleading or incomplete. Utask may store any personal information, including but not limited to, printing artwork and/or files on Amazon storage, or other storage devices. You acknowledge that such information may be stored for an unlimited amount of time, unless otherwise specified.

Your rights in relation to our privacy policy

In accordance with the privacy legislation of Australia, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data - You are entitled to a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Please note there are no fees for such requests unless we can evidence that such request(s) are excessive or repetitive. We will respond to all requests in a timely manner however, may require additional information to confirm your identity and ensure the request is complied with;
• Update your personal data - You may update your personal information through your online profile to ensure all data is complete and accurate;
• Delete all personal data - You may request that we delete all personal data where there is no justification for retaining and/or storing it. Should there be any outstanding balances or incomplete obligation, we are legally required to retain the data;
